This is a restaurant that was a regionally owned by Peter Tabor and his partner was handed down to him by his parents and now sold to the employees of this company. I went in there to pick up an order for an doordash Customer ,delivered their food hot and fresh. When I picked up the food hot ready for the consumer. Another fine recommendation from MCf

What a great spot. You can't go wrong eating here, the food is great and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly and on the spot with coffee refills!The coffee cake is great and a superb way to end a meal or enjoy throughout your meal with some coffee.Wish I lived closer.

I absolutely loved Hobee's! While visiting friends in Mountain View we went to many restaurants, which were all great in their own ways, but Hobee's stands out as a place I can definitely see making a routine with my family to go to. Hobee's differs from the other local places in that it's a diner that makes fantastic "home cooked meal" style dishes and embraces the small town diner vibe. The food is delicious and reminiscent of small town diners on the east coast as well as reasonably priced!

Very friendly service with sizable portions and delicious home cooked food with fresh ingredients. My breakfast burrito was pretty delicious, and huge. Even comes with potatoes on the side! Ask for a side of Pico though, because it needs salsa. Got some blueberry coffee cake as well (which we were too full to eat) which was also delicious, but needs a better crumb to cake ratio in my opinion.

This was a wonderful place to eat! The waiters were all extremely friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. They are known for their blueberry coffee cake and have generous servings. Definitely would come back!

Good breakfast and coffee cake. Unfortunately their coffee is brewed in the same device as they brew their cinnamon tea. Leaves your coffee with a sickening cinnamon flavor. I'd give 5 stars if they could figure that out.The place always clean. There is a salad bar that includes soup. They also serve burgers. Their not open very late, I think they close at 9pm.

Food was Great today! Everybody was happy. Though it was lunchtime, nearly everyone opted for omelets/egg dishes and it really hit the spot! Qho can complain about a side of Blueberry Coffeecake?

This place rocks. Great breakfast, overflowing bowls of fruit, good coffee and warm service. Everything you want in a breakfast spot and more. Their homemade hot sauce is great on omelets. Also the coffee cake they give you is bigger than your head. There should be a health warning to split this among the family.

Hobee's is my kind of place. They were very busy when I arrived (lunch rush), yet I was greeted, seated, and served very quickly. Pictured is a grilled cheese which was excellent, though the chips left a bit to be desired.

Service was good. Food came out good. Prices is typical for Palo Alto. But itΓ’β¬β’s diner food and the portion is huge so it was worth it. Must try the blueberry coffee Cake. Or at least take a piece home for later.

We had a party of four for breakfast and we all were very pleased with the food. The staff was very nice and the service was excellent! I would recommend this restaurant for breakfast. They had a variety of foods for everyone including gluten free stuff. The veggie scramble and blueberry coffee cake was amazing. It was also very reasonably priced..about $12.00 - $14.00 per meal.

Always a great place for breakfast! Their blueberry coffee cake is to absolutely amazing, but even better, you can get it to go! I got a batch to bring to my siblings. So delicious!

Long term favorite restaurant chain. Vegetable medley, with Chipotle pesto on the side, over lentils and rice. Hobees ice tea. One of my favorite meals. Service was a little slow at first (only two wait staff), but once my order was placed, Gabriel was attentive. Manager checked up too.
